Monthly Team Building

To keep the synergy flowing, we regularly dedicate time to team building activities that strengthen our collective. The laughter, creativity, innovation, and personality displayed each month by the team exceeds expectations every time. Our team building activities align with Niyel’s values, goals, and culture and give employees across roles and departments chances to bond in a more relaxed space. Our diverse group of team members bring their whole selves to the table as we build relationships, collaboration, communication, and marketable skills.

Employee Satisfaction Initiative

Visibility is a priority to us at Niyel, and we want all our team members to feel seen and heard. We use employee satisfaction surveys to assess Niyel’s present strengths and weaknesses, and improve our path for the future. We believe in the spirit of feedback, and though we’re not perfect we’ll never stop trying to achieve a workforce of satisfied, well rounded creators.
