What we do
We contribute to the planning and implementation of campaigns and initiatives that support individuals or organizations in driving measurable and sustainable changes in policy and practice through all aspects of campaigning.
`We work with value-driven individuals looking to contest elective offices or consolidate their elected position. Our partners include political parties and politicians in need of branding or re-branding, and progressive political parties looking to increase their visibility and position themselves within the political landscape. We also assist social movements and other non-governmental organizations that have an interest to engage politicians during campaigns.

Our last projects
Live With Water
Live With Water is an initiative aimed at strengthening the flood resilience of 860,000 people living in urban and peri-urban areas through inclusive, community-based approaches. Niyel employed a myriad of community engagement activities to meet people on the ground and involve often overlooked groups such as women and youth. Media campaigns, storytelling, neighborhood events, advocacy training, and engagement with municipal authorities were used to build rapport, highlight stories of resilience, and encourage behavior change. 211 community actors were mobilized, trained, and deployed in their neighborhoods to educate and inform others on the program. By involving the community in each step of the process, we ensured that behavior change was facilitated, carried out, and encouraged by and for the citizens themselves.
