Hewlett Foundation TPA (Transparency, Participation, and Accountability)
Concept
The Hewlett Foundation contracted Niyel to conduct a study on the context and stakes around issues of transparency, participation, and accountability in West Africa. The purpose was to capitalize on previous interventions carried out by actors from various sectors and determine strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations for TPA. Reports from findings guided the effective implementation of strategic orientations through the promotion of TPA in the management of public resources, and the provision of quality public service delivery.
