Immunization Agenda (IA) 2030

Niyel, in partnership with the Wellcome Trust, is supporting the World Health Organization and other partners to develop strategic options for communication and advocacy around the Immunization Agenda (IA) 2030. IA 2030 is endorsed by the World Health Assembly and lays the foundation for how the health community can increase the impact of immunizations through 2030. Niyel engaged groups of national and international stakeholders to assess barriers and inform strategy recommendations.

Impact

  • A clear, shared vision and approach for communication and advocacy in order to mobilize multi-stakeholder engagement in favor of immunization
  • Adopted strategy for specific needs, challenges, and opportunities within country teams to ensure that proposed options are technically and culturally adaptable in different contexts, and can be used to support broad social movements for immunization.
