Oxfam Evaluation of US Aid Effectiveness

Concept

Niyel partnered with Oxfam America to examine USAID’s financial aid practices in Senegal. The goal of this project was to assess the status of reforms that were introduced to improve aid effectiveness through greater leadership by recipient countries in the management of funds. In addition to research, information was gathered focusing on the perceptions of Senegalese and American officials regarding the topic.
